How a service visit works
- 1Book online, on WhatsApp or by phone. You get a complaint number and a 4-digit code.
- 2A technician from your area is assigned and reaches you within the promised time.
- 3The technician checks everything on a fixed checklist and takes before and after photos.
- 4You give your 4-digit code only when you are happy with the work. Then you rate the job.
Visit charge for non-AMC customers: ₹500. Parts are charged separately.
